Project idea

The E Sports Games Village project is a project that combines electronic games and sports entertainment, in keeping with the global trend towards sports and interactive games. Due to the tremendous increase and spread of the field,
In addition to the presence of many tournaments whose prizes may reach 60 million dollars, such as the Electronic Sports World Cup and other tournaments that are held at individual levels of companies, or at Arab or regional levels, with plans to become part of the Olympics, as electronic games are no less important than any other sport.
Project objectives
1- Upgrading Iraq’s infrastructure to host international tournaments and forums and obtain recognition for participating in tournaments at the international level:
2- Creating an Iraqi generation capable of representing Iraq at the highest levels and not just relying on self-participation:
3-Gathering players in one area with places to develop their skills to keep up with the international level:
4-Grouping e-sports players into specialized centers opens the way towards professionalism.

The project has an area of 600 thousand square meters
The large area allows the possibility of designing an integrated urban environment that includes green spaces and service, commercial and cultural facilities

Technical information

The structural integrity of the project is based on a reinforced concrete framework combined with a high-strength steel space frame system to efficiently support long-span areas. The building's envelope utilizes lightweight GRC panels and structural glass, ensuring a durable skin that optimizes load distribution. Additionally, the primary structure is specifically engineered to accommodate the additional dead loads of integrated green roof systems and their associated irrigation layers.
