Hello dear participant,
you have a really good intention in your project and the insertion of the proposed design with the existing city is well realized, both as solution and from the view of 3d rendering skills.
I would to recommend you to create some shaded areas along the coast pedestrian circulation (could be some pergolas), because, after 2 p.m., maybe earlier, the public space will be impracticable for few hours because of the sun heat.
The problem of the car parking could be resolved in underground, it is necessary to have a parking space, because the port could have, in addition to the function of industrial port, the traveling port. You need to have a main road, which will connect the industrial part of the port with the other main roads of the region, because trucks need to transport the goods from the port to the city and to the other parts of the region and vice versa.
Some diagrams for circulation could help to explain better your intention.
We appreciate your participation and wish you good luck.

Dear Sergiu-Andrei BRIȘCULESCU,
We would like to thank you so much for your time and comments on our project!
We were wondering if you have been able to review our 4 boards which are inside the pdf and beside the 5 render images as some of your doubts are attended in those 4 boards.
Thank you again and hope you have a nice day!
