INSPIRELI invite architects, civil engineers, urban planners, studios and universities to join INSPIRELI's development activities to help Ukraine to be rebuild. Kharkiv asks help with the restoration and adaptive reuse of the Pavlov City House —an outstanding 1832 classicist landmark. Damaged by a missile in 2022, the building now calls for a sensitive reconstruction paired with a new public-facing program. The brief also highlights the adjacent park and the area's transformation into a more pedestrian-friendly urban space.
